Exactly and the scary part is not so much if you break the law but the part about ANYONE can complain about you to the BI such as you were discourteous toward them or any other reason like the guy I read about who was arrested 3 times by the BI because his neighbor in his sub-division wanted to buy his house and he wouldn't sell it so the Filipino (who just happened to be a lawyer) went to the BI and kept complaining about him....... finally after several years ..... lots of pesos and a visit to the local BI from none other than the old BI commissioner (who has sense been replaced) before it got straightened out ..... You will not be so lucky with the new one .... JMHO ..... he seems more in line with the present administrations idea of less permanent residents and more visitors .... again JMHO .... :thumbsup: :cheersty: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
