American Allegedly Kills Self With Shoe String In Hotel

CEBU CITY -- An American was found dead inside a hotel room in Cebu City Wednesday.

 

The victim, Patrick Garrit Motley, was found hanging inside his room in the tenth floor of Richmond Plaza Hotel.

 

Probers said he used a shoe string to hang himself.

 

Based on initial investigation, Motley, who was from New York, started staying in the hotel last August.

 

He was supposed to pay P13,000 today before checking out of the hotel.

its a shame that his circumstances(which remain unknown as of now) caused him to end his life,

the report says he been here since last August,,

to me .. seems that he had a "special someone" or gf,

could it be possible

that he was taken advantage or "scammed" and the hurt(loss of $$) was too much.

 2. appears that he didnt have a PLAN B or PLAN C.

i was thinking,, perhaps he had health issues &wanted to spend the last few months

of his life in paradise. when he was satisifed(?) and the pain of his health issue was too much,

it was time to go,..,
