Kev when you are here on the 9th, we can have a look at one of the Ago-vets as I believe 1 or 2 of the Pig farmers here use it for Feed Swelling.

I will look at some agrivets here but if I cannot find I will look there.I only want about half a kilo

I don't know if I am spelling it correctly, but in Manila, it is called "cebada perlada".  Maybe try looking for it by that name and see if it really is pearl barley?

I have found the Barley so don`t worry anymore. Next week when I can get some more ingredients from Dumaguete I will be  or at least trying to make Branston pickle and Picalilli. If it is successful I will post the recipe in another thread.
