Bellacissa Posted September 10, 2015 Posted September 10, 2015 We are moving to Manila in December and my son takes zoloft (sertraline is the generic name) for a mental condition. Does anyone know if zoloft is available over the counter at local pharmacies there? I can get it OTC here in Thailand and if it's not OTC in Phils, I'll stock up on a couple of months to bring over when we move.It might take me a little while to find a good pediatric psychiatrist once we're in Manila, so I want to be sure that I have his meds covered in the meantime. Sertraline the generic name of Zoloft is not on the current list of drugs available at Generics Pharmacy,the largest such franchise in the Philippines. I notice that Zoloft is available at Mercury Drug. But I don't know if it's by Rx, prescription or not. I will be dropping by there next week, will ask.
