Travis Posted August 8, 2009 Posted August 8, 2009 darn it, I just cannot sleep. :23_11_62[1]: a friend of mine from the good old US of A asked me how he & his wife could adopt a Filipino baby & I have no idea where to start to look that up, anyone know how to go about it? craig Posted August 12, 2009 Posted August 12, 2009 Not sure how things work in the USA. In Australia adoption is done through the Child Protection Agency.
