I use "Rose Pharmacy" for mine No prob but in Reality they are a Prescription Drug here for some reason. Could there have been a language problem? They thought you meant something else? Of just didn't understand you and to cover their embarrassment, they might have just asked for a prescription so they could see it on paper, sounds like a stretch I know, but stranger things have happened here 2. I know when I moved here, Mercury was very picky about some medicines for my wife. But after a while I just show up with a list and they hand it over. Regular customer and all that. When I go to Mercury Drugs I specify that I want a box of 100 Bayer Aspirin, 300 mg strength and I have no problem. When I first arrived in country I was less specific and they asked for a prescription. They also carry an 80 mg strength and they used to carry a 100mg strength but I have not ordered that for a while so not sure if they still carry it. If you want a US style of bottle you may be able to get it at S&R in Cebu.
