She is planning on starting up her own hair extension business, and we're trying to find out if there are any wholesalers in Cebu. She has duel citizenship, if that matters or helps at all! This is coming from when my ex gf decided to cut off all her hair and wanted to find a wholesaler to buy it. We searched a lot of places but it seems that people who want hair extensions in Philippines have to find their own donor and then the salon cuts the donor's hair and attaches it to the recipieent. This is Philippines, its how it's done here, or at least it is what we found out about 4 years ago.
