Mr Lee Posted September 4, 2009 Posted September 4, 2009 I had seen a number of rats in CDO and Cebu and even had one just about run over my feet under the table in a fancy restaurant in Cebu, so if they are in the city, then there must be even more of them in the provinces. Orin and other local agriculturists also lauded Iloilo farmers for initiating the "bayanihan system" to catch and eliminate destructive farm rats.
