Could be another set up? :36_1_50[1]: Alleged Brit pedophile held for Dumaguete cybersex tradehttp://www.abs-cbnnews.com/nation/regions/...-cybersex-tradeA British national may face deportation proceedings for allegedly operating a cybersex ring in Dumaguete City in Negros Oriental. An e-mail tip-off from an informant named only as "T. Johnson" sent officials of the Bureau of Immigration from Manila in search of a British man accused of befriending minors and taking nude pictures and videos of them.Bureau officials said Richard Holden has been in the country for three years. His modus operandi is to befriend young girls aged between 12 and 16.The suspects will invite the girls to his home and orders them to take their clothes off while at his room. He then takes pictures and videos of the girls without their clothes on.Arresting officials, however, said they face a quandary since no one has come forward to file a formal complaint against the suspect.Ansari Macaayan of the BI said that they can only cite Holden for violating the country's immigration laws since he has exceeded the maximum period of stay as a foreigner.Allan Martinez, the suspect's lawyer, meanwhile, said they will file a complaint to question the warrantless arrest. Some girls who accompanied Holden to the police precinct, meanwhile, said they are the suspect's friends, adding that they have no information regarding the accusations against the British national.A woman named Mae Amiron, on the other hand, told ABS-CBN Dumaguete that she has been Holden's friend for the past two years. She said that the allegations against the foreigner are not true since he devotes his time to collecting paintings and building hydro-plane models. She also showed the room in Holden's home that did not contain a computer or camera used in the alleged nude video and photography sessions. The woman, however, failed to come up with an explanation regarding Holden's nature of business. She said that as far as she knows, Holden is a tourist and is living off his pension.Amiron defended Holden from the accusations, adding that he respects the man so much. In fact, she said that her younger sister works as Holden's maid. The bureau, meanwhile, is investigating the identity of the informant named T. Johnson.A deeper background checkl on Holden and his associates is also underway.

Well the informant is named T Johnson. Johnson is a popular term for the penis- made all the more popular by the infamous "Big Johnson" t-shirts. T could be short for Twisted. So this could be a coded way of saying the informant is a Twisted Prick who got his balls in a knot over this Brit screwing his GF

Terry is a Brit, and the owner of a bar that I have frequently visited in Dumaguete City, Happy Freds. Wait, before you think I'm going nuts, and posting information about something completely unrelated. Anyway, apparently Richard and Terry had some sort of issue a while back. I don't know Richard personally, but I do know Terry. I could be wrong, but I don't think Terry is the type of person to do such a thing to someone else.

Update, hard to believe whats next?Briton to be deported from Philippines for victimising women http://news.asiaone.com/News/Latest%2BNews...1022-95565.htmlMANILA - Philippine immigration officials are to deport a Briton accused of having sex with a number of women and breaking a promise to support them fiancially, officials said Wednesday.Richard Holden, 39, was arrested to face deportation proceedings earlier this month at home in the central city of Dumaguete. "He was arrested after he impregnated at least four Filipino girls, some as young as 16 years old, after making promises to support them financially," Immigration intelligence chief Faizal Hussin said. The girls have declined to file charges against him, Immigration spokesman Raymond Salting said WednesdayHolden was frequently seen stalking Filipina girls in the parks, schools and shopping malls of Dumaguete City, secretly taking pictures of them, Hussin said. :welcome: What makes me wonder, if this news story has any truth in it is , What are the grounds to deport him? If no charges are laid then why ?

The Philippines is not really a democracy, :as-if: even though they hold themselves up to be and anyone who thinks that it is, is delusional, and therefore they really do not need a reason to deport anyone who is not a citizen and that is why we foreigners who live in their country or visit, have to be extra respectful of the Filipinos. In other words, we have few rights except to be deported and for the Brit in question, that is a lot better than life in a hell hole of a jail. Now with that said, there are a lot of foreigner that I have met in the Philippines during my 14 plus years that embarrass me with their actions and I wish they would deport all of those permanently so Filipinos do not judge us all by their actions. :23_11_62[1]:

It doesn't work that way, Lee. You either learn to play their game here, or you leave. Period. The bottom line is, I believe anyway, that one of the foreigners involved was more "connected" than the other. So, the "less" connected one ended up with more issues, right or wrong. I don't know the details to be true or not, since I am not there to see for myself. What I do know is, the guy who filed the case... well, if he gets deported, the case goes out the window. Even from what I am hearing from others, I feel as though there is more to the story... as there usually is. -------------Now, to address your wish, that won't happen either, as I have seen guys here stay here, even though they committed horrible, horrible sh&t to others. They simply paid their way out of it.

Paul, there is nothing wrong with wishing or praying..... I have been fortunate enough to have a number or my wishes which were directed for other people granted during my life and I did have one for myself granted when I found the woman of my dreams as well, and besides wishes or prayers give us hope and while I will never know if my prayers were answered or it was just fate, one of my close friends who was shot in the head with a .38 at point blank range and given up for dead by doctors, now functions about 90% of how he was before and a few others are alive today even when doctors said they had a very poor chance of surviving..... So I can and will continue to wish for a better world and I will not give up hope that people will change for the better even though I know I am being unrealistic. :23_11_62[1]: or at least try.
