Expats have the right to be deported, the right to be overcharged, to right to keep silent on partisan politics, the right to not buy land, the right to not own firearms, the right to pay for traffic accidents regardless of fault, etc..

This is all true but I am sure the original post was meant to be, which candidate might have the best policy's to ensure a brighter future for the country by allowing some rights to foreigners.Some of the out dated ideas like land ownership by foreigners not being allowed is just a small part of holding the country back.Investments mean income,cash flow,jobs but the Philippines seems to not want this. What they need is a modern leader with modern ideas,they need to re think what foreigners mean to the economy and also the value of tourists.

Whoever can enable the Philippines to prosper and end corruption would benefit Expats and Filipinos both.
