While some people keep professing how much safer Davao is than other parts of the Philippines, it seems there are crazy killers everywhere in the world and even the tough mayor of Davao with all the vigilantes did not prevent something like this.I wonder what could have caused this to happen? Could it once again be a robbery gone wrong due to money from overseas or perceived money from overseas, since the father is an OFW? An alliance of migrant workers on Friday said that the three siblings killed in Davao City were the children of an overseas Filipino worker (OFW) based in Saudi Arabia.In a statement, John Leonard Monterona, Migrante-Middle East Regional Coordinator condemned the killings.
