Its it is legally recognized as a common law marriage in the Philippines.

I do know that you can apply for a 'spouse' visa to bring to the UK a 'common-law' partner with a proveable (and current) Philippines co-habiting relationship with yourself,  having lasted for at least 2 years. :89:

In theory you can apply for a spouse visa in Australia as well but my freinds wife (who is an immigration agent in Australia) says that in practice they're almost impossible to get (before Covid, they're not processing them now).

Yes in Family Law and No in Immigration Law.
