Onemore52 Posted February 16, 2022 Posted February 16, 2022 As previously stated I am travelling with Philippine airlines, and have filled out the following this mornin.:- 1. E-HEALTH ON-LINE Registration form, in lieu of the Travel Pass, which does the same thing. 2. A inbound declaration form, which in hindsight was for returning Nationals, but what the heck I have been awake since 3 a.m so it passed the time. There is a different button on the web site to click... will see if I can find the relevant video (found it).
