Foreign tourist who wish to indulge in sexual activities during level one must : Obtain a permit from the mayor's office : Fill up necessary health decorations signed off by a certified DOH doctor after examination : Submit 3 photos of applicant in naked poses for tracing by the DOH and IATF. Applicant should submit, front, rear and side view. Unmasked persons not permitted. Under Secretary Dr. Elmer Punzalan said that foreign tourist caught in activities without proper permits will be detained and deported after the maximum of 4 years jail time is served. They will also be placed on the BI blacklist to prevent re entering the country to take advantage of naive young Filipino women whilst also spreading Covid 19.
