Dam got to take 2 driving courses and get a student permit? I've got a license in California it's just suspended for another 6 months. Will that matter ? When I say "no problem" I mean that the Philippines is not going to call California to check on the status of the license. But if the state took the license away from you, you would need to start from scratch just like a new driver unless you can "sweet talk" someone at LTO. 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

They are illegal and thus not a topic for discussion on this forum. A true fixer charges you a fee to get things done under the table and shares his take with the appropriate corrupt authorities. We, as a forum, cannot condone or discuss ways to do that. Occasionally a comment about it will slip through.
