Despite the lifting of the eight-day old martial rule, Senate Minority Leader Aquilino Pimentel Jr. yesterday said its seeds had been planted and the Arroyo administration could always declare it again in other areas.Pimentel agreed with Sen. Miriam Defensor-Santiago that there were people out to create scenarios that could justify the expansion and extension of martial law.Pimentel said there was no guarantee that the government would not impose martial law again given the recent developments in Mindanao.
