And yet another possible issue which will no doubt end up causing more problems in that area and could lead to Martial Law in all of Mindanao and possibly the whole country if they are not caught. Why do they continue to put these guys in understaffed provincial prisons? They might as well just let them go and save the property damage. A wall someone can beat through in a couple of minutes with a sledgehammer? it's a wonder they keep anyone in jail. Edited by tom_shor
