Did my ECC at the airport all I needed was passport and ACR card no form or photo needed. Paid the required Php2,800. The desk is just to the right of the passport officers booths. My stamp in my passport has TR written under the date not sure what that is for. Perhaps this was only required under the Covid regulations?
