Well I at least tried, six times but they said NO, no history of me entering the country.

There is even a section where you enter the details of my ACR card which I did, noting that there is 2 numbers on the back of the card, one says card serial number which I entered. the next box asks which office do I want to pick up my new card from?

So it looks like I will be doing the 4 hour round trip to the local office.

I did have high hopes for this technology, maybe too optimistic.

My next extension isn't until March so hopefully the issues are sorted by then.

I am not knowing the answer to that, if I ever get to do it I will post the answer to your question along with how one pays for it.

But I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for a reply from me, situation normal for the Pines SNAFU.

I've been trying to do my ECC online and been getting a message that my 'ACR number was not found'. I tried both numbers which Onemore52 mentioned.

So will have to do it at NAIA before departure I suppose.
