Etravel health online registration???

Hello,

I did a search and found information on e travel but I could not find the web address on this site. I googled it and I found what I believe to be several fake sites. If someone could please post the address of the e-travel health card required for entry into the Philippines, I would greatly appreciate it.

In November my wife had to fill out the Etravel before we left and both of us did before we returned

Tourist visa definitely needs it for entry (they checked mine in December), permanent residents also need for exiting the country I understand.

Only Filipinos are required to have e-travel leaving the Philippines.

eTravel is the electronic system that now replaces the old paper arrival/departure cards we used to complete when entering.  It looks to be built on the same platform used for the health form during Covid.  You don't hear this often, but it seems to be an efficient use of Philippine resources; take a program no longer needed and convert it to something very useful!

Now, if the actual back-end storage & data retrieval really works, no idea.

Here is the FAQ section that clarifies who are required to register.

The following shall be required to register/update in the eTravel System, except foreign diplomats, and their dependents, foreign dignitaries, and members of their delegation, 9(e) visa holders, and holders of diplomatic and official/service passport:

Arriving Filipino and foreign crewmembers;
Arriving Filipino and foreign passengers; and
Departing Filipino passengers.
