He needs to go to BOI, pay his fines, and get current. Even if he manages to sneak out and get a fresh passport the old passports records, BOI records are still there. He messed up and has to make it right. Don't make it worse by poring gas on the fire. 9

With gov. corruption being all in the news lately, handing the BI guy a bunch of cash to get out of the country could be a scam. Your friend could be handing the BI a fresh "foreigner" scalp to crow about in the news. Edited Friday at 06:53 AM by Lee

JJReyes Posted Friday at 10:40 AM Posted Friday at 10:40 AM Don't do it. Aside from being illegal, this is a forever scam. You give once, they will come back again and again asking for more money.

He beat the system for about 7 yrs, scamming everyone from so-called Ex Pat's, Friends, Filipinas, YouTube followers, PayPal dummies, etc. He now has spent over 30 months in two PI BOI detention systems with no end in sight and in less than favorable conditions for the average Kano. 2 1

Think he has been back in the states a while now.

Rooster Posted 16 hours ago Posted 16 hours ago I subscribe to one of the Vloggers who occassionally mention him. I guess he plead guilty to 5 criminal counts of cyber libel while already locked up in Cebu for overstaying. Penalty p250k to the court, p250k to the victim. From Cebu, he was transferred to Bicutan, then to Bilibid Prison where they claim he currently is. Word is he can't be transferred back to Bicutan for deportation until he pays the court fine, the victim, and overstay fees, some have said total needed p850k. There is a ticker link on one of the vloggers site, as of today 912 days https://www.tickcounter.com/countup/378533/duration-bama-has-been-incarcerated
