Building house on mainland Bohol

Im new to the forum and Im in the process of getting a house designed in Bohol for future building.

Im looking for local construction companies who are reliable and can good to work with on mainland Bohol.

Any suggestions or contact would be great.

After spending the recommended year or so in the area you should be able to find a builder.

Finding what you seek can be difficult. Don’t rely on the web. Drive around and look for houses that are similar in design to what you want, and that are either near completion or recently completed. Talk to the owners about who they used and if they can honestly recommend them. It’s no guarantee, but it might be a good starting point. 

A few of members on the board have built houses here, so I’d also suggest you search the forum, read what they’ve posted and take notes.
