A branch is just around the corner from me in The Walk, a new development in Cebu IT Park along with Moon Cafe, several other good eateries and the usual fast food joints. Well worth a trip. Never been there but we have been at one of the restaurants at Parklane which is owned by a Japanese. The restaurant, lounge, food, music, club, has live music and a decent menue with acceptable prices, worth a try. The name is kind of odd, "Fine cuisine" They even have US Angus beef steaks there, different cuts.
