United Army Posted March 26, 2010 Posted March 26, 2010 Me and my wife went to ParkMall today and ate this Vietnamese restaurant called Saigon Quan, its right next to a bike shop and on the same strip as the Moon Cafe. I had Fried Rice Noodle with Seafood cost 210 and she had Fried Egg Taufu with Pork which cost 190. Both dishes were very good and the service was good also. Its a place I would recommend to all.
