He used a digital camera and a cellphone. “I told him (McNeely) I don't want any pictures taken because it might be uploaded in the Internet. He told me not to worry because he will be the only one who will see the pictures,” the girl said. After taking the pictures, McNeely told the girl to clean his genitals.
