"An expected new proposals for at least 20 more high-rises is expected for this year 2011. This is on top of the more than 20 either proposed or under construction for the year 2010."My wife and I are kinda looking at one of the new Ayala towers that will finish in 2014. But now I'm thinking there could be a glut of units soon especially high end condos. Perhaps prices will get real then? Is there a market for so many condo towers?
