Will there be another maritime accidentdue to unsafe, unseaworthy and overloaded vessels that depart during storm conditions? What about a bus fully inspected for mechanical defects and cleared for departure? Will it beoverloaded anyway? There was a news article about conducting a drug test for all bus, truckdrivers in the Manila area. It turns out to be bull chit, like a pitcher full of warm spit.My recommendation?
