Surprised no one has mentioned this article here. Not the type of publicity ex pat's need. ZAMBOANGA CITY, Philippines—A 61-year-old American was arrested in Dipolog City on Monday afternoon for indiscriminately shooting at passing vehicles, police said Wednesday. Superintendent Reynaldo Maclang, Dipolog police chief, said drivers and passengers of public utility vehicles called the police’s attention after they were allegedly shot at by Ralph Edward Hughey. No one was hurt in the incident, he said. Hughey was temporarily residing in Dipolog’s Galas district. Maclang said police responded to the complaint and arrested Hughey, who was caught in possession of two handguns – a Forjas Taurus Millenium PT 145 and a .45-caliber pistol. “The suspect failed to present pertinent documents,” he said, adding that Hughey was to be criminally charged. http://globalnation....cles-in-Dipolog

Wow, crazy Kano if the story is to be believed and my guess is that he had to be very drunk to be stupid enough to be doing that. As for why it has not been mentioned, we are hoping that members will post the stories which they feel are of interest to them, and I have been kicking back lately and leaving it more to the members. I read them but I do not post them as often unless I feel that it is something that members really need to be aware of, so thank you for posting it and please feel free to post other stories that interest you or that you feel will interest members, and that goes for all of our members as well. Oh and yes that is not good for any of us to have a kano doing something such as that. as-if.gif
