Mike S Posted January 12, 2009 Posted January 12, 2009 change from one major event to another without reveling what took place with the proceeding one ....... What happened to the ZTE scam ????? What happened with the Princess of the Stars inquiry ?????? All the fighting in the south with the renegade generals ?????And then the Euro General ?????How about the fertilizer scam ?????? And now the Alabang Boys .............. wonder how long it will last before it is shoved to the back burner till it quietly slips away and something new takes it's place ...... but of coarse there is always Cha-Cha ...... when things get dull ...... do any major events ever get solved or just swept under the carpet ...... it is interesting ..... Funny how in the beginning there are dozens of witnesses and tons of information but as time goes on less and less people come forward and info is suddenly lost ..... until the major players are acquitted do to lack of evidence ..... well they say "time heals all wounds" ...... and money dulls a sharp memory ....... Mr Lee Posted January 12, 2009 Posted January 12, 2009 Mike S, I guess the culture in the Philippines is to do everything slowly, :as-if: and with that people tend to move on, or should I say, the ones who do not get paid off :th_exactly: are no longer interested because too much time has passed and they have new things on their mind..... It happens that way in the states too, but fortunately the criminal justice system moves much quicker in the states, and there is less corruption on those levels.... Yet the rich can still get away with murder or white collar robbery. :1 (103):
