Forum Support Old55 Posted July 25, 2011 Forum Support Posted July 25, 2011 My father in law sometimes roasts fresh cacao beans and makes a drink with them for medicinal reasons. I’ve not roasted coffee or cacao myself. I’m curious if its worthwhile to try. Anyone tried roasting coffee or cacao? If so how did it come out?
