It's only 80% finished. It will be a very nice place, but one can only suspect that the prices will be high! A good friend of mine owns a house, plus another lot, adjacent to this property. The history of the Koreans being biased toward their own should give you a clue to the pricing and availability for those who do not hail from Korea!
