Now i would hope they buy the lot as is...but...church has money which difficult come out of their pockets, first they will exhaust every other option before the come to buy the lot. Yes i know places where monks and nones are staying alone or in a community. i hope they would look on this option.@Jollygoodfellow, yes wrong description as resort. better a guest inn, appartele, or so...Will keep you in mind if ever.
