Got a contract on the house! :540: Not sure of the closing date yet but we got a cash offer so no mortgage crap to deal with. Now I have to get really serious about packing this crap up ha ha. It seems the more I look at my stuff the less of it I want to take with me. I am taking my kitchen, a mans got to have good pans, knives, and dishes, right? I am taking my magic supplies - got to keep kids entertained. Some clothes, my diving gear, and a few DVD's (only 200 or so). I bought a new laptop and will be taking my desktop computer (about 3 years old?). My kitchen took 2 BB boxes, not sure about the rest... nothing else is actually packed yet. As soon as I get a closing date I can buy my tickets, finally. Yesterday was my last day of work. I'm really happy for ya.I remember how i felt when our house sold ealier this year.A great weight off the shoulders i can tell you.And a cash transaction that's even less hassle and less chance of it falling over. I had to go back to Oz to finish up arrangements but i'll be back home in Carcar soon and don't have to leave again in the foreseeable future. Sent a few more BB's last week too, that's the last of it. Good luck for your future life..........i know you'll enjoy it every bit as i enjoy mine.
