Electricity Up In March! Water In July?

Sounds like my electric will go up about 400 php a month.  :th_unfair:  IF I am doing the numbers right.  Can you guys do numbers and see what your bill will do???

 

Water is ASKING for a rate increase to take effect in July.

England's rates are downright cheap. We pay in Honolulu the equivalent of P6,800 for electricity for our modest condo unit. Friends who reside in sealed building requiring air-conditioning pay about P20,000 for electricity. Water, garbage collection and sewage are included with our monthly condo association fees, which is more than P25,000 a month.

Just got my second electric bill here in La Union, Philippines. It came out to 10 pesos per kwh which would be about 24 US cents per kwh. About 50-100% more than you would pay in the US.

Meralco has that fancy chart which breaks down the last year so my average use for the last 12 months is 181kwh per month equvilent of p63.11 per day
