robert k Posted January 5, 2014 Posted January 5, 2014 Before your 30 day entry visa runs out you could apply for a 6 month visa. The Balikbayan is not a sure thing, it can be denied. Also I hear that they may enforce part of the rule that the filipina must have been out of the country for 1 year. It's not a deal breaker for me but it was part of my plans.
