Jack Peterson Posted September 15, 2015 Posted September 15, 2015 What amazes me is that it was not long ago that the average Filipino did not have the Requirements to open a Chequeing account So I am not too sure what they would do with a cheque. The Majority were kept to an ATM savings account and I am not sure that they could pay a cheque into it. Also I am surprised that they would even wait for the clearance time but..............
