I don't understand the question. What is "arm's-length source"?

I mean to ask, are you getting your information from an individual who does not have a dog in the fight?  Or to put it another way, is your information on what actually happened coming from someone who has no financial or emotional gain or loss from the information they are giving you?  

 

My information is from:

• drug insert
• personal knowledge
• hospital discharge summary
• hospital detailed patient statement of account
• neurologist
• hospital clinical abstract

And renal failure caused by electrolye imbalance, induced by the use of Kettesse

I see nothing in the insert that Ketesse can directly cause electrolyte imbalance. Only that a person with kidney issues mustn't be given the drug. Kidneys regulate electrolyte balance.
