Someone may be able to quote some subsection of some that law that seems to clearly state that you (the foreigner) continue to have at least some rights to the property after she is gone. It's possible for a foreigner to INHERIT land, but (as I have understood it, someone told it's MORE than that) the foreigner have to SELL it within a few months. But by that the foreigner can KEEP control by deciding who to sell to and combine the selling with some extra contract paragraphs as e g a long time lease contract for the foreigner.
