In my experience it's not easy to get expats to meet up in Cebu. There are quite a few places like sports bars and the like I can point out that you may find interesting people to strike up a conversation or if you're still there around mid December I expect to be in Cebu and will try to arrange a bit of a meet for members. 4 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I live in Brisbane Australia. Never lived in the Philippines.
