My SO's cousin is going to take a trip down to Bauang/San Fernando area during the school holidays and do some leg work for us. Being there is the best way to find something. If he can't find a full time place there is an apartment block that another expat told me was quite ok. So will stay there and look for a permanent spot. So in plain english, if you have a house to rent this forum is not free to advertise it. I have said it before and will say again, people who use the forum and make income from it are going against the grain. If you know of a house up the road because you seen a sign on the fence saying for rent, then thats fine but if you own that house perhaps consider where you got that tennent from.
