I've noticed more children feeding programs popping up around the Barangay Hall. I've noticed more rice and canned goods giveaways. Way back when I had my lifted 4 wheeler Wrangler I was in Rosario traveling to Tanza and I got caught in slow traffic coming from the other direction. It was a Joseph Estrada political caravan in the back of a deuce and a half military truck tossing out t-shirts and ball caps. When they came by I made eye contact with him cuz I was sitting up so high. I waved..he waved back and all I got was a cheap ball cap! The road outside of the subdivision has had all of the potholes repaired and there are a few stretches of new blacktop.
