That must have been a street changer?  When rates are going up quickly, banks are better.  BPI online is 58.85 right now, over night.  XE is 59.15  Villarica is only 58.59.

Core Pacific in Robinson Galleria. Its three different money exchangers in the mall and all three and similar rates. I have an dollar account at BPI so I can get 58.85 there now?

Yes, if you have a dollar and peso account you can go online at their website and get 58.85 until they change the rate Friday morning.  XE has dropped to 58.95 so BPI will probably drop at bit when they change the rate at 0930.
