But in other information  I found ( I have a trip in December ) , visitors to Cebu Province still requires you to have a doctors certificate indicating you dont have any covid symptoms.  Asked yesterday at a cheap n cheerful doctors locally  and was told Consultation cost P 600 , plus P100 to print the certificate sir.

This whole 'travel' situation is still a bad joke, where at every turn it is also stated that 'LGU's may impose their own restrictions (often stupid and based on ignorance, or financial reward).

How the hell is anyone supposed to know WHAT to do ?

They make it up as they go along. Add a little here, side step a little there, ignore what is inconvienent (unless the PNP is standing there watching).

Yesterday we went to the casino. Mask and shield up, wash hands, temp check then stand in a mist sterilization booth for 8 seconds. Enter main complex. Stoll through the shops to casino entrance, told to wash hands again. Stoll to the upscale restaurant (had a 30% discount coupon :hystery:) wash hands, temp check AND only  asked for Vaccination record!

Then on top of that, were taken to a table with marked social distancing seats WITH a plexiglass separator between us. :hungover_40_anim_gif:

Well with the world opening up and a lot of conflicting stories about quarantine and snippets from Bloggs confusing even the simplest person, me included. I'm proud of myself, I went to the horses mouth to get the scoop on what's what. The Government official website of "Smart traveler Australia", there's things in there that you wouldn't believe, local laws, customs, visa's, covid and quarantine requirements. It will even email you when requirement's of the country change, it seems a bloody good site. Have the Pome's or Yanks got anything like this, or is it another first for Australia. :6:

We're not all allowed to be smart, the motherland might want us smart ones back and then England would be in a hell of a pickle. You scots would feel out of place with so many smart people roaming the country side, no I think the balance is about right. Thanks for your concern.  :whistling: :hystery:
