Yep - it's hardly rocket science to designate different staff for different duties.

True but it isn't always easy (as middle management) when higher level management tends to block such suggestions.

Well I arrived here to find out my documents were doing the rounds and still needed 3 signatures. One being the commissioner's who has had a girls documents since the 4th of Feb awaiting a signature.

I let them know I'd called 203 times and had to come all the way from Boracay as no one answers their phones. Luckily I kept calm and I'm trying to convince them to get all my signatures today but one is the big boss. As for the phone situation I managed to take a photo.

My tiny violin and sob story worked. After telling me they just received my documents today and they'd be unable to process them they relented.

I'll do a proper write up of the process tomorrow to warn others off but lets say they wing it and make fees up.

Look forward to it..cheers

It seems I can put off the SRRV process, which was going to take forever as I found out from Defence archives that my service documents could take another 2 months to process.

I can also put off a trip to see the local priest about any forthcoming marriage plans which were on hold anyway as I cannot go down on both knees to propose, a slight hindrance for my new knees..oh well there is always tomorrow.

Indeed - and as many of us would agree, never do today what you can  put off until tomorrow!
