New Member greeting and hospital experience

Hi. I'm a 72-year-old German expat. I have lived in the Philippines with my Filipino wife since 2018. I have no health insurance, PhilHealth or other. Recently I had to be hospitalized with what turned out be pneumonia. The 8-day hospital stay including doctors' fees, examinations, scans etc. cost me 200,000 Pesos!

What's vague about paying 200,000 Pesos for an eight-day hospital stay, including accomodation & meals, doctors' fees, examinations, scans & intravenous infusions? 

My intention merely was to inform prospective patients what they might be expected to pay for a standard. non-surgical, eight-day hospital stay.

Michael, Your post was completely correct and proper in every way.

You misunderstood. The "WHAT YOU HAVE WRITTEN IS TOTALLY VAGUE" is simply an add on that is included in all my posts. Many members have similar add-on phrases like "Retired and loving it". Its an option you may add as well. In my case some (or most) of my postings are less than concise so it's like a joke on me.
