Minor correction as my wife reminded me the doctor said the government has a recommendation to wait until after 3 children before ligation. But if a woman wants one earlier they can get it done. Before she had her procedure she was asked if she didn't want to wait until she had a boy?  She said sure as long as you guarantee the next one will be a boy and you'll provide for all expenses until he's 21.

It was crowded and over populated with tourists a few years ago, seems better now.
