Why not call it "bloody pudding" since the word "bloody" is commonly included in male conversation?  Of course, there is a dish in Colorado called, "Rocky Mountain oysters" that tastes like rubber, according to my son.

In Sweden we have both blood pudding and blood sausage.

I like them both but prefer the sausage. Taste great with fried apples (cinnamon on top) and lingonberry jam. 👍

The variants I have experience of isn't black until after they are fried. No matter what, I think they are delicious 🤤
