Thanks If you are on a tourist visa it automatically renews with your extension, $50 US dollars every year. No choice. I tried a couple of years ago to open an account, but it was a hassle, and I didn't went through with it. Now I am not really sure if I need one, since our new plan is to stay 5-6 months a year.
