Also… just thought of this, there are always ‘assigned servers using tongs and ladles and knives’ and people line up with disposable plates and cups. The wife and I went to a catered function a few years back and there were small plastic bags beside each plate. Being the ignoramus that I am, I said; "They even gave us bags for take home".
