You mean with Crypto whatsoever I will try to make an account with my Palau ID (https://rns.id/app/palauidinfo) on coins.ph once I am in the Phillipines. Since the geographical location seem to be close between PH and Palau it's actually worth a try. Otherwise, if coins.ph doesn't work out for you, you could always check out some P2P exchanges, like on paxful and binance p2p - I have seen some Crypto <-> PHP offers there. Gcash/Gcrypto is another option buy/sell Crypto.
